Graduate Resident Fellows

The Graduate Resident Fellow (GRF) lives in a West Campus House and supports the House Professor-Dean, Assistant Dean, and House Fellows in creating a positive, vibrant and academically engaging residential community; serves as mentor, and role model to undergraduate residents; and serves in a leadership role for academic enrichment by promoting a variety of programs and activities.

Graduate Resident Fellow

Daniel is a 2’nd year PhD student in the department of Biomedical Engineering (home department Biochemistry). His research focuses on developing new diagnostics and tools for infectious and immune-related diseases.

Sofía (she/her/hers) was born and raised in Puerto Rico. She was a sophomore transfer from the University de Puerto Rico to Cornell University majoring in Communication.

Spencer Peters photo
Graduate Resident Fellow

Spencer is a 5th year PhD student in the Computer Science department. His research is theoretical (read: more math than programming) and focuses on lattice-based cryptography.

Himani Sinhmar photo
Graduate Resident Fellow

Born and raised in India, Himani completed her bachelor’s and master’s of technology at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT Bombay). Currently, she is in the final stages of her Ph.D.
