Chef and Staff Stephen Snyder Chef/Manager Keeton House Dining Room firstname.lastname@example.org Chef Stephen began his culinary career at a fine dining French restaurant in suburban Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He went on to work at an upscale German restaurant and became Executive Chef at a Mediterranean/Asian fusion bistro. Before coming to Cornell he has been chef at a California cuisine restaurant overlooking Lake Tahoe, a Collegetown pub/restaurant, ran a large wedding/catering venue and helped open both a Mediterranean and Southwestern restaurant in the area. An adventurous spirit, Chef Snyder has done a great deal of traveling, including a 3-month bicycle tour through Louisiana, Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and California. He is also a lifelong gardener who enjoy the fruits (and vegetables) of his labor. He can use just about any ingredient to create a delicious meal, though he particularly enjoys preparing fish dishes. Chef Stephen values the unique backgrounds of the dining teams at Cornell, and feels that this is what makes Cornell Dining stand out among other university dining programs. In planning menus for Keeton, he tries to focus on providing wholesome, low allergen, tasty food that is sure to provide comfort after a long day of classes. Meet the Dining Crew!
