House Fellows are active community members affiliated with a specific House in the West Campus House System. House Fellows contribute to the intellectual and social life of the House through programs, activities, discussions, screenings, workshops, arts events, etc. House Fellows are assigned to a member of our student staff (either a Graduate Resident Fellow or an undergraduate Student Assistant) who serves as the liaison to the student body.

Ifeoma is a leading figure in law and technology studies with a focus on organizational behavior.

Lorenzo is a Professor of Computer Science. His research investigates the theory and practice of distributed computing, the discipline behind everything “cloud”.

Vivek Ashok is a Presidential Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Government. He studies public preferences for economic policy in the United States.

Sam Buggeln is a Canadian theater director and translator, and the founding Artistic Director of the Cherry Arts.

Diane Burton is a faculty member in the ILR School at Cornell University. Her primary appointment is in human resource studies with courtesy appointments in organizational behavior and sociology.

Marina Caillaud is a faculty member in the Department of Entomology. She now teaches biology classes for non-majors (Entom 2030 and Entom 2100) and recently became a beekeeper.

Steve Ceci received his doctorate in developmental psychology from the University of Exeter, England, where he studied children’s recollections—a topic that would later be expanded to include children’s eyewitness testimony in criminal cases.

Jeff Doyle is chair of the Section of Plant Breeding & Genetics, and is a professor of plant systematics, evolutionary genomics. He and his wife Jane, are regulars at Keeton House Dinners and Receptions.


Emily is a Senior Lecturer in the Division of Nutritional Sciences where she also directs the Dietetic Internship.

Dr. Jada Hamilton, MD serves as staff physician at Cornell Health. As a family physician, she provides a wide range of primary care to students, faculty and staff to include preventive and wellness care, procedures, and acute and urgent care.

Guy Hoffman is an Assistant Professor in Mechanical Engineering and a graduate field member in Information Science and Computer Science.

Natasha studies teaching and learning in college physics courses, particularly instructional labs.

Cindy is an Assistant Professor of Design + Environmental Analysis, and a field faculty in Information Science at Cornell University, where she founded and directs the Hybrid Body Lab.

Dr. Karim-Aly S. Kassam is International Professor of Environmental and Indigenous Studies in the Department of Natural Resources and the American Indian and Indigenous Studies Program at the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.

Kato’s research fields are mathematical statistics, econometrics, and economic statistics with a focus on high dimensional statistical and econometric models.

Gilly Leshed is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Information Science, where she also directs the professional masters degree program (MPS).

Felix Litvinsky is a Managing Director of Blackstone LaunchPad at Cornell University, an experiential university wide entrepreneurship program offering coaching, ideation and venture creation support to students, alumni, staff and faculty.

Henriette Lundgren is an international scholar-practitioner in the field of human resource development (HRD). As talent manager at Corning Inc., Henriette helps people to learn, expand and work together with better results and more fun.

Beth is a Clinical Professor of Law and founder of Cornell’s Farmworker’s Legal Assistance Clinic.
