House Office

House Office

As the communication hub for the House community, the House Office is your first stop for assistance. It is much more than a place to pick up your mail and drop off out-going letters. The House Office is where you can learn about and sign up for events happening in the House, borrow games, kitchenware, and sports equipment, and troubleshoot facilities issues that might come up. In addition, you can get assistance if you are locked out of your room or have misplaced your keys or ID Card.

Don't be shy about stopping by to ask questions, and if you are especially friendly, organized, and responsible, talk to a current Office Assistant about how you can apply to work in the office too!

Mail

UPS and Fedex often deliver mid-day. USPS mail is delivered from Monday through Saturday, typically in the late afternoon.

Lockouts

If you are locked out of your room or suite during office hours, go to the House Office for assistance. During after hours, you should call the GRF-on-call at (607) 327-1710 for assistance.

Loaner Items

Board games, sports equipment, vacuums, carts, kitchenware for baking/cooking and more can be checked out at the House Office.
