Each House has its own Dining Room led by the House Chef and Cornell Dining staff.
Chef Nery is from Costa Rica and has been a professional Chef for 17 years. He has worked in Costa Rica, Spain, England and the USA. He has held positions such as Garde Manger, Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine and Executive Chef Level. He is a certified executive chef through the American Culinary Federation. Chef Nery has a passion for food and creating memorable dining experiences. His philosophy for cooking is "keep it simple, seasonal and satisfying."
